1692 is our epic retelling of the Salem Witch Trials in Massachusetts. Dennis was inspired after he and his wife travelled to Salem in 2023. The overwhelming feeling that hovers over the area as they explored the town hit him in the gut and he knew the story needed to be told in music.
Behind the music: Chief Hatuey
The first track off our upcoming album, Divine Wreckage, was inspired by a real-life native chief in Hispaniola who resisted the colonialism of the Spanish Conquistadors.
